Qualifications
EXITO’s qualifications are designed by industry experts to ensure they are fit for purpose and meet the needs of our companies, covering all aspects of training from entry level and core skills through to operations, supervision and management.
EXITO’s qualifications are registered on the National Qualifications Framework which is made up of a number of levels. Our National Certificates generally range from Level 2 up to Level 5, while National Diplomas generally range from Level 5 to Level 6.
Each qualification is made up of a number of unit standards which may be compulsory or elective. This offers companies the opportunity to tailor a trainee’s qualification to meet the needs of the business.
According to a Business NZ survey, 94% of firms reported productivity increases as a result of training and skills development.
