How do I qualify? You would need to provide the following:
- the equipment and range
of work available to give a broad sweep of skills, knowledge and
experience.
- qualified and experienced people who will be training the modern
apprentice.
- ensure the modern apprentice is given adequate opportunities
to learn and achieve the agreed qualification
- ensure supervision by peers who can support and reinforce new
knowledge and skills in the workplace
Where do I find an apprentice?
You may already have someone suitable on your team who meets the
criteria. If you need help finding a potential apprentice, please
direct your contact details, requirements to Wendy Devine, Training
& Assessment Leader at EXITO. Wendy will liaise with field staff
and other Modern Apprenticeship Co-ordinators to assist with this
process.
